Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@bernadinesdesigns.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has begun.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
READY TO SHIP
Ready to Ship items will be processed in 2-5 business days.
MADE TO ORDER
Check the listing for the production times of your item. If you have multiple items, your order will take the longest production time listed.

SHIPPING METHOD
LOCAL
Orders over $10 placed within 16 miles of Farmington Hills, MI (48336) have the option to waive shipping fees and meet at the Farmington Hills Police Station (off of I-696 and Orchard Lake Rd.). An email will be sent when your order is ready to schedule a meet-up date and time.
USPS
Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with the method chosen at checkout. An email will be sent when your order has been shipped and will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bernadinesdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
During peak shipping times (ex. November - December), orders may be delayed by 5-10 business days.
